The M&J Valve 4-way valve system is the ideal choice for meter testing in oil and gas metering systems, tanks, fuel loading and transportation pipelines. Due to its unique design and operating characteristics, the 4-way valve system can be actuated hundreds of times per day, completing each cycle in seconds. Field-adjustable mechanical dampers between body and plug virtually eliminate operator failure, seal misalignment, and leakage from other valves. Large, heavy-duty stems and bearings and field-replaceable mechanically held elastic seals (Viton standard) make this valve extremely robust and low-maintenance.

A pressure gauge indicator indicating a positive seal between flow streams proves that a double lock-and-blow type seal is present after each operation as required by API Fluid Measurement Manual 2531.
