MARIETTA — A resident of Little Hocking, ELPRO Services Inc. in Marietta as the new senior manager of marketing communications.

Katie Wootton has over 15 years of experience in marketing and communications.

As part of the global marketing team, Wootton will support marketing activities locally and internationally. Based in ELPRO’s Marietta office, she is responsible for creating product- and customer-oriented marketing content to support the company’s global projects.

She is also responsible for promoting ELPRO in the Mid-Ohio Valley.

Wootton holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from West Virginia University. She was the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions Communications at Ohio University, the Director of Marketing and Communications at West Virginia University in Parkersburg, and the Marketing Coordinator at the Clay Center in Charleston.
