The project also marks the beginning of a new growth corridor in the Jebel Ali region, underscoring the development of the emirate.

Spanning 13.4 square kilometers and twice the size of Palm Jumeirah, Palm Jebel Ali will offer expansive green spaces and a unique waterfront experience. The project will add approximately 110 kilometers of coastline to Dubai, allowing around 35,000 families to live in unparalleled luxury by the sea.
