DUBAI, 2023 May 31 (WAM) – His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, has approved a futuristic new development plan for Palm Jebel Ali. Part of the Dubai 2040 urban master plan, Palm Jebel Ali is one of the visionary projects undertaken by real estate developer Nakheel, a global real estate leader in Dubai.

Spanning 13.4 square kilometers and twice the size of Palm Jumeirah, Palm Jebel Ali will offer expansive green spaces and a unique waterfront experience. The project will add approximately 110 kilometers of coastline to Dubai, allowing around 35,000 families to live in unparalleled luxury by the sea.

Palm Jebel Ali has been designed with sustainability in mind, with plans to integrate renewable energy resources into the infrastructure design, which will allow it to be almost completely self-sufficient in terms of energy production.
