Opening applause for Jarry this Saturday, August 5th at the presentation of Everyone Wants to Take Their Place. The comedian replaces Laurence Boccolini, who announced his departure from the show at the end of June.
After announcing his departure from Everybody Wants Their Place at the end of June, Laurence Boccolini is leaving his place to comedian Jarry from this Saturday 5th August. The show now has a third host after Nagui, who has been with the show for 15 years, and Laurence Boccolini.
Alexandra Redde-Amiel, director of entertainment and games at France Télévisions Group, explains 20 minutes that “Jarry offers something completely different. His signature? A nice balance between humor, generosity and knowledge.”

always inside 20 minutes, the comedian also talked about his beginnings in this new phase of his life. “You’re coming into a family that’s not your own, and I’m a bit of an intruder coming into the in-laws, so I’ve had very little,” he confides.
Even if Jarry intends to touch the show, he understands that the DNA of the show will not change. “Everyone who wants to take their place has proven their efficiency and performance.” will respect this game system, which has 17 years of experience,” he explains. Alexandra Redde-Amiel also adds: “We have an audience that loves this game. We’re here to propose, to innovate, but not to revolutionize.”
