The government’s Security Center, in conjunction with the Greater Poland Coordination Council – the Union of NGOs, is providing support to evacuees from Afghanistan currently in Pozna, the RCB PAP said on Saturday.
According to the RCB, “after receiving information about the housing of the evacuated Afghans in Pozna, preparations have started for the organization of the + Evacue Support Network +”.
It is made up of members of non-governmental organisations, collectives and non-affiliated volunteers committed to solidarity and assistance to migrants and people with refugee experience.
“The network operates under the patronage of the Greater Poland Coordinating Council – the Union of Non-Governmental Organizations, which currently has hundreds of people standing by to provide assistance – members of the Migration Research Center Foundation, the Better World, and others. Association, BEZLIK Foundation, the Czas Kultury Association and the Center for Intercultural Initiatives Horizons Thanks to their activities, animation activities for children and adults were launched and support groups for people in need organized.Afghans housed in Pozna received the necessary help and received extensive information concern “- the RCB informed.
The venture is supported by cultural and scientific institutions – including the Institute of National Remembrance, which donated educational games to the evacuees. The action is coordinated by the Government Center for Security. (DAD)
