Indeed, Jefferson Elias Ribeiro Da Silva, the sushi master of Masary's Hotel-Restaurant in Mons, just won the title of World Sushi Champion at a prestigious competition in Tokyo.
A man of Japanese and Brazilian descent who calls himself “Chef Tom” has been running the establishment for a year and a half.
