In the Mile End district of Montreal. Among only eight selected establishments worldwide, Uncle Lee confirms that this opening is a Montreal culinary event not to be missed.
Uncle Lee will officiate Anderson Lee, A 25-year-old chef takes his first solo steps. According to the top 50 ranking, Lee has cut his teeth around the world, with significant recent experience Odette in Singapore, Quintonil in Mexico City and Claire Smith in London Core. Today, he's turning his dream into a reality by opening Uncle Lee, a trendy late-night Chinese restaurant that pays homage to his origins.
